There is no verified official list of every Fear The Timeloop puzzle or every solution. The developer’s puzzle discussion answers individual player questions across several chapters, so it supports a clue index rather than a claim of complete coverage. Early chapter obstacles
In the collected developer discussion, a chapter-two kitchen obstacle can be addressed by breaking a door. A chapter-three Blood Exchange Station interaction requires holding the input rather than tapping it. These are targeted hints from a developer answer, not a complete route through either chapter. Locks, safe and computer
The locker guide separates the free Prologue dial from full-game locks; its confirmed Prologue order must not be copied to every locker. The safe guide documents a disagreement over the final digit, so a unique current answer is 待确认. For the computer puzzle, the developer points to numbered marks on the wall to the computer’s right and says to match them to numbered slots. That instruction is confirmed, but a full typed sequence was not recovered.
Later examination-room clues
The developer discussion includes questions about the Examination Room, a bulb, wall markings and a locked box. A video description claims six metallic fragments are involved in another Examination Room riddle, but its locations and count were not independently checked in the collected material. A short video description also gives a chapter-two Security Office door number; the current full-game value lacks a second independent confirmation. Both video-only answers therefore remain 待确认, rather than appearing in a code list.
Patch changes and open questions
The official update history says patch 1.0.9 fixed the final puzzle when using a controller, and patch 1.1.2 made a safe puzzle easier to complete. It does not publish a new safe combination or a complete puzzle inventory. Older videos may show different interaction behavior, especially around the safe or the final puzzle.
