What patch 1.1.2 added
The March 5 official notes say patch 1.1.2 added a first-person view option, a new difficulty mode and a related achievement. The same notes say the safe puzzle became easier to complete and the quick weapon menu shows remaining ammunition for the other weapon. Those changes are released features, unlike the later DLC announcement. The patch does not publish a new safe combination.
Changes that affect old guides
Patch 1.0.9 adjusted the final boss’s small spiders and second phase and fixed a final-puzzle controller issue. Patch 1.1.0 fixed the final boss sometimes failing to enter phase two and changed the door-choice save behavior with regular film reels.
